Go to route 116 and capture a Nincada. When it's about to advance to level 20 take it to route 116. make sure you have the type of ball you caught it in (eg. if you caught it in a great ball bring an extra great ball) and that you have an empty slot in your party.On route 116 it will advance to level 20 and evolve into Ninjask. If these steps are followed correctly a Shedinja will appear in your party on level 20! Hope this helps.
