You can have a saved file for this code to work. Go to the first file and name it BEST. Name the second file GAME. Name the third file EVER. Go to "BEST" file. If done correctly, all cheats will be unlocked, you will be able to start at any level, and have all modes (including Arcade) available. REMEMBER:) You can then erase the "Game" and "Ever" files.
