The set of items which should be kept (in order) is: Phone (free from the start), Toilet (free from the start), Savvy Shower (buy it; part of quest), Stove (buy it), Fire alarm (buy it), Burglar alarm (buy it), Aquarius/Capricorn/etc./etc. Recliner (free from the sewers secret area), Crystal Ball (free from Earl Euphram's prize)
